TIME FRAME

Please upload your submissions by 5:00 pm AEST Monday of 1st February, 2021. This will be a strict cut off time. If your circumstances prevent you from turning something around this quickly, please email us ASAP.
 

PERMISSIONS

We ask that you respect your church leadership and obtain their consent to participate in this project. Kindly ensure the name of your church being used in this video is approved by your church/centre/service pastor, coordinator or delegated person in charge. We take the submission as full permission to use your name, church name, location, image and likeness, plus the sound and audio files in their entirety. This includes permission to broadcast the audio and visual of those persons under the age of 18. 
 

CHILD SAFETY

All minors must have their legal guardian present in the video footage. This gives us permission and license to use the footage and likeness on free public platforms. This should be strongly considered before your submission. If there are any minors in your video, and we are considering using it in the final video, someone from our team will be in touch for written consent.
 

AUDIO/VISUAL INSTRUCTIONS

Below are the AV instructions. It is ideal to record audio and visual separately but please ensure they are synced, and the raw audio files are sent. If not, your iPhone will work perfectly. 

 

• Please record your video in landscape orientation with a camera or a phone

• If you are on a phone, please use your back camera (not selfie mode)

• Please film and upload at the highest possible quality (preferably 1080p or 4k but we'll take whatever you can possibly produce within your means :)

• Use in-ears or earphones while your filming to hear the track

• Please don't stress about gear, we want you in the video no matter the quality :)
   

BACKGROUND

When considering the background for your shot, include something interesting, colourful or creative that shows uniquely who you are and where you are from - whether it's your home, your church, your home town, the outback, the desert, a rainforest, an iconic landmark or location.

SUBMISSIONS

Please save everything with this file name (churchname_yourname_city_country.mp4). In either .MP4, .MOV (video), in H.264 or ProRes format or .WAV, .AIF (48k 24bit audio stems - if possible). In order for us to track your submission, it is imperative that you adhere to this filename format. Any submissions that do not comply with these formats may not be included.
